护照签证信息2008年第3期

    一、 关于申请德国签证要求

    1、 申请人护照并亲笔签名；

    2、 两份填写完整并由申请人亲笔签名的电子签证申请表（网址：http://visa.diplo.de）；填写要求见下面附件。

    3、 三张白色背景的护照照片；

    4、 德国和要去访问的其他申根国家发出的邀请函原件，邀请函上须注明确切的旅行日期、日程计划、费用承担说明且有亲笔签名；

    5、 用单位信纸出具的工作单位介绍信，信上须注明工作关系、薪水及此行目的，领导签字并加盖公章

    6、 提供医疗保险证明复印件

    7、 亲笔签名的签证申请附加声明。

    二、 关于中马（耳他）互免签证自二〇〇八年三月六日起，持外交、公务护照中国公民前往马耳他停留不超过30天免办签证。

    三、 波兰：使用新版签证申请表格。

Now you will find different option for processing the application; either you click the

„PDF“-icon; the application will be verified, as long as information is missing or not

correctly filled in you will be informed about this and return to the application form; if the

application form is duly filled in the file may be opened or saved on your hard disk.

Generally speaking it is helpful if you save the file on your hard disk; the file can now be

opened an in the printing menu be printed.

Important: The field „Print as a picture“ has to be activated in order to create a readable

code!

The web-based application form replaces the manual form; together with the other

relevant documents for your application as well as the photos (must be taken in Foto

Halcón, Via Benetton, Panama City) please come to the Visa-Section.
